1) I am very passionate about the for sale by owner market. I am a strong believer in self reliance and even during my years as a golf professional I remained entirely self taught. But, this resource is not in any way designed to convince you to make the for sale by owner choice.

I am not here to sell you on choosing any

Each one of the choices has positives and negatives, pros and cons. Frankly, there is no perfect choice. What
