The city of Thornton is located about 10 miles North of Denver Metro Area. It is a suburb of Denver and is seated both in Adams and Weld Counties. According to the city’s website, the population as of the 2nd quarter of 2009 is estimated at120,371. (www.cityofthornton.net)
