Lafayette is a small town located about 25 miles from Denver Metropolis and just 16 miles from Boulder. Lafayette surrounds itself with plenty of “open spaces”. It is currently seeking redevelopment of an 18 acre site located at the northwest corner of South Boulder and South Public Roads.  This plan will convert the existing old-fashioned suburban shopping center into a mixed use-town center.
